Porto Rotondo

I got dropped off in Porto Rotondo to do some grocery shopping for the boat and to go for a run (I say "run", but really, I mean WALK, running is for emergencies, I just like the way "going for a run" sounds). ANYWAYS, I ran alright, I ran straight into a sale, which is just as well, Porto Rotondo is really just a fake village built for the rich and famous who come in on their Superyachts, it's one of the most ridiculously fake places I've ever seen, just sheer opulance everywhere you look. Masses of flower beds bursting with colour everywhere, perfectly built stone walls, immaculate lantern-lined streets, fake canals and designer shops, it's incredibly expensive and elite, urrrgh, vom. You should have seen the looks I got for being in my gym pants and trainers, baha. I found two shops that were marginally in my price range and I donno, I got a bit confused and thought it was my birthday TODAY (silly me), so I bought myself a few nice things (all on sale, of course). I have some serious shoppers guilt, not so much remorse, just guilt. Anyways, I didn't get to the grocery shop in time sooo there's not really much in the way of dinner, the guys are NOT impressed with me, how about some DELICIOUS cold baked beans on that yummy stale loaf of ciabatta bread, no? You don't want that? Oh. Right. You're SO fussy
