this is what's up

We're back in Corsica, erratic wifi connection... it's been TRAUMATIC (not really). In the last two days I've had a baby vomit on my FACE (top tip: don't give babies milk and then play aeroplane-aeroplane over your head with them, NOT a winning formula), I've learnt how to change a nappy (a skill I really feel I could have done without), I've realised my true calling; baby comedian (seriously, I crack this kid up). I've broken two more crystal glasses, accidentally thrown the cutlery away with the leftovers, dropped a carving knife on my foot, been caught spying on the yummy naked guy on his sailing boat (WITH the binoculars, Cary you smooth cat), I've learnt how to make creme brûlée, sailed a (tiny) boat (by myself!), got stung by a jellyfish and mastered the paddle board (good thing I don't have a mundane job or anything). It's blazing hot here in Corsica and it's all quite nice reeeeally, these are the best guests we've ever had, especially the little cutesie miniature one, she can stay. Three months, you guys, THREE months and I'll be getting ready to fly to Kenya. TWO months and it's Lara's wedding, ONE month and we're taking the boat to Spain. Lots to look forward to. Goodnight, Polly-Anna over here needs to braid her hair and empty her pockets, they're FULL of sunshine (sorry for sounding so annoyingly happy, I'm sure it'll pass).
