Ermehgerd, I'm flying to London tomorrow. Happy daaaaance. That is all. 

WAIT. No it's not...

We got an email from the guests saying that when they get in, for dinner, they would like something fresh. Sheesh, good thing they told me, I was planning on serving something stale, NOW what am I gonna cook? 

Maybe they mean fresh tasting, as in, something light and healthy and crisp and cold. Ummm, some lettuce? Great, lettuce it is. Guess I'll be scouring the Internet for recipes at the airport, they're here for a week, and we leave first thing on Monday morning for Formenterra, another of the Balereac islands, that's quite nice and FUN actually. Maybe I'm excited. I'll have to think about it.
