My life's been pretty riveting since I got back to South Africa, I've been playing golf and sampling local beers, meeting farmers and driving Land Rovers (how butch?!). But seriously, you guys, I'm really good at golf, like, I'm not just saying "oh I'm good at golf", I'm actually REALLY flipping good. I have a new golf glove and I've even had a lesson, the coach reckons... European Ladies Tour is definitely on the cards for 2014. Some think its raw talent and natural flair, I'm thinking maybe it's the glove but what do I know?! Life out in Nottingham Road is pretty sweet, mewing cows and fly fishing and blueberry cheesecake. Did I say blueberry CHEESECAKE? Oh silly me I meant blueberry blueberries, only the berries, just plain old blueberries. It's Noddy Land out here, total Noddy Land.
Christmas was lurvely, we made a bit of an entrance at the local church, what with my sister bringing her Zimbabwean fiancé and my dad wearing a skirt, it was quite fantastic (it's not a skirt, it's a KILT! Iiiiii know dad). Nothing like causing a little stir in the village.
Oh, as well as being a golfing guru, photographic one too, oh believe it... yeah I've edited my photos (downloaded Lightroom for free and ALL by myself, get a loada me!) and one or two are actually NOT bad, so stay tuned. They'll be up by lunchtime, after I've played golf, because when you're good at something... you need to practice, so you can be even MORE good, so you can be EXCEPTIONAL. Amen.
