So, as well as feeding the guests, I have two HORSES masquerading as humans to feed too. The amount of food that these men can consume is absolutely mind-blowing. No amount of food is ever, ever enough. After every meal they come up with their plates... "Is there any more?" It shouldn't annoy me, but it DOES. Yesterday, between the two of them, they ate: an entire bowl of tomato and mozzarella salad, 1 melon, 150g of Parma ham, a slice of foccacia, a slice of pizza, 4 slices of bread, over half a kilogram of pasta with blue cheese and asparagus, some fruit salad and then, THEN they want to know if there's any carrot cake left over from yesterday. It's unbelievable. Today I made them a tuna salad, of course I had an entire vat of pasta on the stove, but I didn't tell them that, you should have seeeeen their faces, pure panic, "just SALAD?!", hahaha.

The guests are leaving tomorrow morning. LEAVING. For THREE weeks. Yes please. And I basically have the rest of the day off because, and the deckhand hates me for this, but I may have told the guests he was a pizza guru, kind of, a little bit on purpose because I didn't feel like cooking. So, he's in the galley making the dough. I feel a bit bad, but not really. Holiday staaaarts NOW
