When you wake up: put some oats in a pot with nuts, cinnamon and honey, throw some fruit in a blender, have some green tea, a glass of water, do 100 sit ups and go for a quick walk, have a cold shower, get dressed and THEN start your day. Force yourself to do this for three weeks and it'll become the best habit you ever made. You'll feel radiant and healthy and happy and be pretty for ever and always amen. This isn't always possible, I know, I work on a boat, just do what you can, with what you have, whenever you can. Oh stop it you're welcome. And by the way, this is the NEW me talking, the old me is totally telling you that chocolate icing is a viable breakfast option (she's SO bad, soooo so bad)
