Have you ever just found a little spot that makes you happy? I find them all the time; on a big sunny rock overlooking something pretty, or under a nice tree, or just a nice patch of grass with little wild flowers, I'm the master happy-spot finder. Yesterday I found a nice little coffee shop overlooking the port, everything's just NICE here, it even SMELLS nice; comfy seats and really good music, pretty candles and even though I'm sipping on a green tea and not a cappuccino with a piece of dark chocolate cake (gaaaah, poor me), it's actually okay, because they serve it in the sweetest little iron teapot and that makes me happy. I found a hairdresser... that makes me happy too (stay tuned). I'm going to one of my best friend's weddings in just under four weeks (!!) and then after that, there are only two weeks left of the boat season and I'm off to Kenya and traveling down Africa and then it's Christmas and New Years with my friends and then I'm a bridesmaid at my other friends wedding and I get to wear a pretty dress and oooohwee I'm excited. So much to be happy about I've just done a happy dance (on the inside, fine, maybe on the outside too, but just a little).
