The next day was my friend's birthday so we headed to a little village called Eze Sur Mer, the most beautiful place I've ever seen, so quaint and so wonderfully French.

Eze Sur Mer
So, last weekend, the plan was to go out on Friday, have a chilled weekend, do some touristy things... but, at 8pm when I was onto my third glass of wine, all lined up for a bit of a bender, I got a call asking if I could do some day work the next morning, at 7.30am in Nice... great news but it kind of put a hand break on my night, had to exercise some serious self control and only go out for a bit. Had to wake up at 5am the next morning to get the train. Was such a beautiful boat, a 38m expedition boat, pretty cool. Had to serve these tossers their breakfast, run around them like a blue-arsed fly, scrub their toilets, clean their shower with a toothpick and ear bud, got whistled at to make coffee, had a cloth thrown at me cos I left it in the bathroom, what delightful creatures... but whatever, I got 100 euros, 2 free cakes, breakfast and lunch. Sweet.
