I'm having to look myself in the mirror and do encouraging little pep talks, remind myself that I can do this, I've done it before, and I'll do it again. That is my mantra. Oh boy. Oh and apparently I'm going to be the only one on the boat this weekend with the guests, alll by myself. I will officially be filling the role of captain, deckhand, chef and stewardess. Is that FAIR? No, totally not fair, I'm going to demand a salary raise, and at least ten pats on the back and a medal, and a trophy and LOTS of other stuffff. I have a lemon polenta cake to bake. What's polenta? Totally kidding (but not really). On the UP side, we're going down to Naples next week and this trip is only two weeks, two weeks is NOTHING. Only fourteen days. Okay wait I prefer two weeks.
