I just made the world's most revolting dinner, mainly because I didn't really feel like cooking, and I spent all my money on clothes so I can't go out for dinner, and I was too tired to go grocery shopping. So, I found a few dodgey looking mushrooms, a little on the slimy side, umm, chuck 'em in. Throw in a few tomatoes. Bit of balsamic vinegar, throw in two eggs and a dash (too much) of fat-free milk that expired, um, yesterday (not pre-mixed in a separate bowl, too many dishes), umm, some dried herbs, errr... smash a bit of sweet chili in there, handful of wilted, borderline spinach... done. Can I just say one thing... sweet chili sauce and eggs are NOT a good combo, and with all the manky expired stuff... SO gross. So, soooo gross.
