And also, don't you find that whenever you're about to fly somewhere all you can hear is the sound of planes, way more than normal, they just seem louder. Always happens to me.

How excruciatingly painful is it to have to fork out more than half of what you paid for your flight on travel insurance? VERY. But I'm so responsible and grown up now I just went ahead and bought it, after some encouraging from Mr Dad the insurance broker: "yooooou'll be sorry when you're lying in a hospital in Nairobi", uh touch wood, right now please.
